Most mailers have a reply-to-list option, or even reply-to-all will be
ok.

patch -Np0 -i full_path_to_the_patch
Please visit
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/opensync/+bug/584997
and add a "me too" so they'll be more likely to apply the proper fix in
ubuntu.
